It’s important to learn how to eat a health-giving diet in the context of your lifestyle and tastes – as opposed to the imposition of a restrictive “diet” or calorie counting.
For this reason, rather than giving clients meal plans, I offer a totally bespoke nutritional consultation. That includes review of your current habits, with tailor made recommendations.
This service includes:
A detailed consultation, in which we explore your case history, symptoms presenting, and intentions.
Examination of your food diary over 2 weeks to understand your current nutritional habits.
A personal nutritional plan, emailed to you.
A half-hour follow-up call.
This can all take place online, in person, or blended for your convenience.
